CVTC CULINARY TRAINING FACILITY
In response to local demand for more trained culinary professionals, Chippewa Valley Technical College launched a Culinary Management associate's degree program. A comprehensive training facility was developed to prepare students for careers as a line cook, sous chef, restaurant manager, food service manager, or baker.
Mackesey and Associates provided foodservice facility design for CVTC's new state of the art kitchen and dining area. A combination of classroom and laboratory space facilitates students' development of both theoretical and management skillsets in professional food preparation and service standards to meet the labor demands of an ever-demanding marketplace.
CVTC's Culinary Management program boasts an impressive 100% industry employment rate for students who have completed the degree.
